Audi Q7 Review
Big time luxury
Luxury has grown larger then ever with the new Audi Q7 SUV. This is Audi’s fashion statement in the world of SUV’s. With first rate craftsmanship and incredibly swank interior the car is landmark achievement for Audi. Not only is the Q7 a full time luxury mobile it is embedded with advanced safety features that make riding in the SUV a full time recreational activity.
There are however certain downsides to the big fellow. The wide range of luxury features pack on the pounds on the Q7. This hinders the cars performance as it strips the Q7 of its power of acceleration. Moreover the SUV does not have good fuel efficiency. This means that you will be draining your resources in feeding the huge fuel tank of the Q7. And if you were looking for in house entertainment in your SUV then you will be disappointed with the fact that it does not come with a factory fitted DVD player. Despite these disadvantages the Q7 continues to grow in popularity and has developed a mass appeal due to its intriguing features. You sure will not be disappointed with this machine if you are looking for a full time luxury SUV.
The SUV seats seven and is a symbol of performance and luxury combined. The Q7 is available in three different trims. The base 3.6 is all set to give you a host of standard features coupled with leather upholstery and climate control. Then come the 3.6 Premium which adds a camera for rear view and Bluetooth for phone connectivity. The top of the line Q7 is the 4.2 Premium and it offers the maximum range of advanced features such as the voice activated navigation system. And of course Audi gives you the option to customize these versions according to your personal liking.
Under the hood you will have the engine that is corresponding to the trim. All the three trims have the Audi’s Quattro all wheel drive system embedded in them. Although the insides of the Audi seem to be highly futuristic it is well apt to give you that warmth. Burled wood is the most prominent feature found in abundance in the interior with the red glow on the gauges during night time. Offering three rows of seating the Q7 also gives you the ability to flatten out the end two rows to give a huge 88.7 cubic feet of cargo space.
