Ford Fusion 2008 Review
The 2008 Ford Fusion is a five passenger family sedan. It comes in seven models, starting from the I4 S to the V6 SEL AWD. The I4 S has a 2.3-liter I4 engine which gives 160-horsepower, while the V6 SEL AWD has a 3.0-liter V6 engine which gives 221-horsepower. All models have automatic transmission.
The Ford Fusion is a well-designed car offering specious interiors. In terms of performance, though its V6 engine is good, it is not performing in the same manner as others of its class. This vehicle does give a good performance and has a good enough acceleration power, but it cannot be said that, it is exceptional in these aspects. Vehicle handling is okay, but it scores well in the point of fuel economy. The Ford Fusion is a good performer with acceptable acceleration, above-average handling and admirable fuel economy.
The vehicle’s exteriors are well-done and receive praise. The interiors are comfortable and stylish. It is able to seat five passengers without difficulties. The cargo space is 15.8-cubic feet wide and includes lift over for ease of loading and external hydraulic struts so as to prevent luggage from being crushed.
In terms of safety features this vehicle has all required safety features and has successfully passed all federal government crash tests. The only drawback seen with this vehicle is that its instrumentation is small and hence difficult to read.
