Here is the answer Apple’s rules for AppStore are way too limiting. The apps listed in the sections below are not possible to be in AppStore since they break one or more of Apple’s rules. - Reason 5 Dock: Wanna make your iPhone interface more interesting use Dock application available in cydia. Just install dock and swipe your finger from the bottom right corner to upwards and enjoy the dock.
