Paypal/Ebay Virtual Credit Card (VCC) & How to Use

Whenever you register for a new paypal account you will be asked to verify your account with your credit card details where paypal would send a confirmation code in order to verify your credit card and your paypal account. There are many cases where paypal users don’t have a credit card on their name which is a must requirement, and this is when they buy VCC which can used for verifications.

Paypal Verified AccountVirtual credit Cards are nothing but a electronic version of a credit card with the same features of any other normal card but with a pre-deposited fund and can only be used for shopping on the web. You need to find the right person who sells these VCC cards generally in the range of 5-10$ each with 50$ of the amount credited to your VCC.

Paypal needs you to add any of these cards to your card under your ‘Unverified Link’ and enter the 16-digit virtual credit card number along with the expiration date and the 4 digit verification code. Generally these VCC should be used within 24 hours from the time they are issued and they work for one account only. You need to notify the person from whom you have bought this VCC for a expuse number within 24 hours, which you have to enter in your paypal account to complete the verification.

Not only these VCC are used at Paypal.com, but also at ebay and other online shopping portals like Adwords etc. You need to buy bigger denominations cards if you feel shopping with your real plastic credit cards would be risky and stay secure.

    Recently I had a call from someone stating that because I had used my credit card for a purchase I was eligible for a $50.00 gas card and some kind of way to get discounts in the future. The person had the last 4 numbers of my credit card. They also had my phone # and address that I use on purchase over the internet.

    Needless to say they refused to tell me how they got my data. All they would tell me was that I had made a recent purchase with the card. They really pushed to hard sell me when I refused the offer.

    Over Christmas I had made a lot of purchased through pay pal and on ebay.

    I changed my credit card the next day.

  2. It has been a few months I have been looking to try out VCC for my unverified paypal.. Not sure if it is really “Risky” but this is the last option I have to opt for if I need a Verified Paypal account 🙂

  3. once our paypal gets verified by VCC .. does it needs verification after 3 months or 6 months period gap ????

    i have heard this somewer that paypal account (verified by VCC) needs to be verified again after 3 months … as 3 months is the validity period.

  4. @Puneet : There is no need to reverify, my brother got a VCC from a online seller who created it through HDFC bank over a year back and still the account is working perfectly. May be it depends on the bank from where you got the VCC!

    Your articles were never incomplete before! Many many times I have been benefited from many of your articles and I have found many ways to solve my problems. But only this time and this article came to me as fruitless! I am really frustrated dear bro!

    You know well that hundreds or thousands of people are craving to make their paypal account verified. But getting a paypal account verified is one of the most difficult works I think. Keeping money in an unverified paypal account is not safe at all. Recently paypal has made my account “Limited” with more than hundred dollars in it and demands that I add a credit card to get full access to my account! That means paypal is going to eat up my hard-earned money! All my online income is in this account.

    According to your article it is possible to make a paypal account verified with VCC. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY WEBSITE ADDRESS FROM WHERE WE CAN BUY ONE. I have been cheated two times while I tried to buy VCC. You have told in your article that we should by VCC from a trustworthy vendor. It is likely that you know one or more trustworthy VCC vendors, as you are an experienced online boss. Also you have told your brother has got his paypal account verified with a VCC. So please tell us where did your brother buy that VCC from? Also give the address of your known sites that won’t cheat us. We would remain ever grateful to you if you help us out in this regard.

  6. @ Sohag : If you want to buy a VCC contact me through the contact form and i will send you the details of some trustworthy VSS sellers, i didnt post the names of those on the site because there are a lot of fake guys and posting some names would look like i was trying to resell their services.

  9. Hey Amit, have you gone into hibernation? Why are you not responding to the request for some trusted VCC sellers of your readers? Not only Sohag and Irfan are interested, but also many more people are eager to verify their Paypal account with VCC. If you have any solution, please disclose.

  10. @Everyone : I have updated the post with a Verified Paypal VCC Seller from whom i have got my account verified and working. You can contact her and get your account verified. I was waiting for her approval before posting her email here.

    I don’t have a credit card as yet but want to use aweber / getresponse as a list building service.
    Aweber only allows us to pay via credit card but not via paypal.
    Can you tell me how can I pay them using my paypal account?

  23. Actually, Am selling VCCs for the last few years, I found its a great facility to make an anonymous payments/purchases over the internet. My clients using to hide their actual credit card, verify PayPal accounts(non US ), buy domains at godaddy etc, Its a good tool ever there are some pros and cons.
