You can also check the box of save as file – gzipped to get a compressed copy in case your Database is quite large. Now if you need to Restore your saved Database copy then you need to perform all the above steps but just click on the Import option in the right panel and browse the Importing file from your computer which you previously downloaded and complete the Importing feature to restore the database or the tables. The above steps have performed all the Database related backup solutions but what about the other Media like Images,Videos which you have uploaded to your Blog? For this you need to create few Folders on your Computers Drive and access the wp-content folder through the ftp software and download all the content of this folder which consists of Media Files like Images, Wordpress Themes Folders, Wordpress Plugins etc in short giving you a complete backup of files which the wordpress plugins cannot.
