I am airtel digital tv user from last 3 months; my customer ID is 3001265594.
I am facing strange problem from last two days. I am getting the massage on tv screen that my card is not valid and error no.6.
I have been contacting on your toll free no. for complaint (no.1444496) of the same from two days but nothing besides the normal trouble shooting exercise; and my daily deduction is also going on.
Till now not single call from your side.
Now some questions arrases in my mind:
Is this the quality of your service?
Why should I use your service further? Justify.
And who will responsible for spoiled weekend of my family?
Hopping positive response from your side soon.

AM A AIRTEL DTH CUSTOMER AND I SUGGEST YOU ALL PEOPLE TO NOT TAKE AIRTEL DTH TV BCOZ IT SUCKS!!!CHANNELS GET FREZZED UP ALL THE TIME AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN AGAINST IT NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR 15 DAYS AND YET NO ONE HAS COME TO SERVICE OUR PROBLEM…WHEN YOU TAKE ANY TOP UP THOSE CHANNELS TOO GET FREZZED FOR FEW SECONDS AND THEN WORKS AND THEN AGAIN FREZZES….PLZ MAKE A NOTE THOUGH TATA IS COSTLY PLZ GO FOR TATA SKY BUT NEVER GO FOR AIRTEL HOW MUCH EVER CHEAP IT IS..I TOOK IT BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAP AND AM TERRIBLY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE AND UPSET THAT I CHOOSED MONEY OVER SERVICE..PLZ PEOPLE WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE..DONT TAKE AIRTEL DTH AND MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER.

hi! i’m a digitv user 4 da past 6months. it’s great. i want more bangla channel like RUPOSHI BANGLA, SANGIT BANGLA, KOLKATA TV ETC. when airtel going 2 add these channels?

airtel digital tv add new bengali channel for ruposhi bangla , sangit bangla,star bangla, R plus ,& news channel for kolkata tv, tara news.

Do some extra adding Tarang Channel (orissa’s very popular regional channel) in your service. It will be benifit to you and the Oriya customer.
