Since a week, I am trying to link and confirm my CARD, but every time it gives error on verification. I have entered everything correctly. When I contacted my banker, they told me my payment verification is approved but in my PayPal account nothing is reflected. I have tried many times, all the time I am failing in Link & Confirm Credit Card.

Any solution?

Is there also a charge when you link your bank account to your paypal? Does “My recent activity” grid show if you have something to pay?
