My apple ipod shuffle of second generation is not responding ,not even charging and also not showing in itunes when connected to the pc where can I find the solution ?I followed the 5rs provided by the help but still no use .what may be the problem ?Actually what is the lifetime of the battery in the apple ipod shuffle please give me proper suggestion thank you.

    • i suggest you to take ur ipod to a nearest service center so that we can figure the problem out…

      using the itunes or apple software updater applications (both can be downloaded from the internet) u can update ur ipod software

    • use videora ipod video convertor ( u can download it from net) for converting the video songs in a compatible mode to your ipod then with the help of itunes u can transfer the music and videos…

      using the itunes or apple software updater applications (both can be downloaded from the internet) u can update ur ipod software

    • for update your ipod–conect to itune with internet conected & update it yourself
      for download songs use format factory converter its free download from google search

    • Restart you ipod by holding the menu button and the upper part of the scroll for a few minutes. It will solve the problem…

    • you can find chargers at reasonable price in jagadeesh market,hyderabad.
      if u want a original you can find it at the service centers mentioned above….

    • install the latest itunes software. You can download it free from the internet.
      After installing the itunes connect your ipod then you can see your ipod in the itunes..
      if you still are unable to see your ipod then update your USB drivers….
      if still ur unable to see let me know or take it to a nearest service center near by

      • very first open my computer & connect to usb if its show in my computer like usb drive then install the latest itunes software. You can download it free from the internet.
        After installing the itunes connect your ipod then you can see your ipod in the itunes..
        if you still are unable to see your ipod then update your USB drivers….

    • well if some water has creeped into the ipod then it might cause damage to the circuits inside.
      Bring the ipod to a nearest customer care center and we’ll figure it out whether it can be repaired or not

    • if you want to upgrade the software you can do it online by yourself. Dont waste your money 🙂

  20. My IPOD Touch got drenched in rain. Since then when i turn it on, i see huge water particals inside. Also, the touch is not functioning. Could you suggest me a service center in hyderabad where i can get it reparied.

    • i had the same thing happen to my nano a couple of days ago , i went to conquer tech they said no return for water damage.i am looking for a repair too will update you if i find any, please reply if you have any luck , also i read that you can try burying it in a bowl of rice for a few days and try to turn it back on again

    • u ll b needing iwork software to do presentations.to connect it to projector u ll b needing a vga adaptor which u can get in istore banjara hills

I have an iPhone3gs MADE IN L.A.I have a problem in my iphone.My brother bought it from U.S.Now am using in Hyderabad India.The problem is tat App are not working.When we touch app it come backs to the home screen.Now i have upgraded to Version 4.3.3(8J2).So according to my friends suggestion i have jailed breakd.Now i got a white empty cydia icon.It is same as the previous application.Touch goes to the Home screen.Now my Modem Firmware 05.16.02.Can u please help me out of this scenario my friend!!!

    Note:I have previously jailbreaked and unlocked some 4 months ago in India and the previous version was3.0.This is my second attempt of jailbreaking after 4month

Well,their customer service of Conquer Technologies is very poor.I dont know if they think being a authorised dealer for Apple makes them arrogant.They must realize its the customer care thats most important.Im disgusted with these guys.Sorry guys,you must improve how you treat your customers.

I have a MacBookPro 15 i took it to get it serviced due to my logic board problem to conquer technologies at ameerpet at aditya trade center , i had a very unusual experience their service guys didn’t resolve my problem the same day and made me wait for more than 5 days. then i end up with strong fight with their uncultured service guys, never turn up to this service center ever.

    Then i tried my luck at Rsg Service center at somajiguda babukhan mall , they resolved my issue in a day and gave me good tips to make my more powerful, what a service . i feel its excellent , i must say this is the best service available in hyd, guys visit and see.

    Then share with me your experience.

    I gave my iMac for service (as it suddenly shut down) in Reliance Digital,InOrbitMall,Hyd.
    The techinitian there told it will take 5 days..He gave reciept.
    But now it crossed over 1 month and still he is not recovering my imac.
    He said he replaced power supply,logic board bt still not recovered.
    He is ordering different parts and for each part,he is wasting 1 week of time,
    Will service will take this much time?
    Or for whom should I complaint?
    And where should I go?
    Plzz gve reply….
    Is there any other best solution here in hyderabad?

  33. dont try Conquer Technologies, I just did, and for the last two months ive been running behind them. Youre safer with one of the others, or the reliance apple people. They might not give you that big a discount or anything, but the 500rs extra you spend at the reliance will give you a lot more peace of mind as its a company run institution versus Conquer, who seem to be out just to conquer your pocket!
    Also, if you have to go with them, NEVER pay in advance, get your product, make sure its the one you ordered and that it works, and THEN make the payment.
