1. Download & Install the iPhone Backup Utility. Once installation finishes launch the application.
Now click on Usename/Password as indicated in picture 1. A new window will be popped in this window enter the following information.
- Device Current IP : Your IP address not fom WiFi settings.
- Username : root
- Password : alpine
Fill the information and press OK. Now youhave two modes to select Backup and Restore. First of all we do make a backup of our iPhone so check the options you need to backup. If you need to backup more applications including your Cydia sources then click on More and a new window will popped here you can select the remaining applications.
2. Restoring the backup is more simpler, only one button is to be pressed, and after the process is completed, all elements will be restored to your iPhone!

I have backed up using your backup utility. Now when I go to restore, I am getting an unhandled exception stating that the stored ipb is invalid. I have another backup of the ibb as well, but it does not let me browse and choose either version. It just errors out. Please help.
