Badware Warning malicious software Information

While browsing the search results in google you would have seen many times the message – This site may harm your computer? below some websites description which is a message comming from a website called stopbadware.org which tries to warn and save your computers data from spyware, malware, and deceptive adware.

The above screenshot clearly shows how Google will show a warning message below the search results to make sure you dont enter the website and get attacked by spywares or adwares. When the link is clicked you wont be able to open the website but you will be directed to anothr warning screen but in no case the harmful website will open.

Now if you are the same website owner whose website shows these kind of message the only option you are left are :

  • Contact your Web hosting provider asking him to verify your website files for any harmful virus which would download on the visitors PC’s and autorun some scripts.
  • Install a antivirus at the place from where you upload the website’s content.
  • Stop advertising CPM advertising ads on your website since some advertising companies try to make use of your website to attack the visitors computers.

    5. My site having a problem.when i am open that site it shows The Warning like That
      “Warning – visiting this web site may harm your computer”
      Now What can i do to remove that error.
      How much time to take to remove ” This site may harm your computer”. give me suggestion to remove quickly.from 19 aug 09 onwards it shows like this only. As a web master what can i do to remove this warning quickly. and what is the Bad ware Warning malicious software? how to install.how to down load? from where we have to down load? what is the purpose of this software?
