i wonder why bigshoebazaar is not improving their services even after so many complaints against them.after reviewing all the complaints.i see that they don’t have the shoes that are on display on the website.they simply have to improve their inventory management and update their website from time to time in respect to the availability of the shoes.stop displaying the shoes that are not in the stock.its simple as that.i hope they better their services in future and stop fooling the public.

The worst ever experience in online shopping …..fraud and dubious site.I have given up the hope that i will get my refund back or the product.

I did have a few telephonic calls with BigShoeBazaar.com and it seems like they have a better management now. I guess you guys can try them out now and let us know with the feedback.

They are the worst people to deal with… so never ever go for shopping with them.. they will give you thousands reasons to not deliver the shoes..

It happened with me..

is there anyone in the world.. who got his shoes delivered from this fraud company.

Don’t know why I have to contact BigShoeBazaar.com like this always. As I have already said earlier that they have contacted me that day via phone as well as through email that my order has been verified. After that no more communication from them even though I have tried to contact them but no reply & still they are sending more offer to me though email. How can somebody trust them after all these things that happened with me. Really bad customer care or the company is like that I don’t know. I should thank God that for testing I have did only a small amount of shopping what about other people I have no idea. It looks like my money theft from me by a company. I am pasting the order follow up added by the BigShoeBazaar.com below & see the time duration from the day of placing the order till now.

Okay, I was the guy who had this Bigshoebazaar issue. I’ve been contacting them for like one-two month and there was no proper, required answer. Today, a staff member from Bigshoebazaar phone-called (I assume, it’s the same guy who commented above) on my mom’s cell phone number thrice after seeing the above review.

I am not sure about the conversation but when I reached home, I saw the remaining money was refunded by Bigshoe bazaar to my paypal account with other emails of apology. Thanks to the review, the author (Amit bhawani) and Bigshoebazaar for finally taking some action after a very long period.

Though the issue is resolved now, and I am quite happy with it but I would like to see a better customer support that could keep track of the ongoing things with the customer. I mailed the same issue twice, 3 days ago and you never replied back!!

Also I see the website is redesigned, I would buy some stuff from bigshoebazaar (again) in a day or two and test it myself to see if they have really improved!
