I take your point of miscommunication and we take the point and try very hard to improve further. But our modus operandi is not cheating. Your refund was posted ages back and i have put transcript of mail communication where payment gateway has admitted and its their problem. You can't still say that being our modus operandi.

Lohit has chosen to write this same comment on various sites and we have responded uniformly on all. When lohit raised the issue, we in first instance said 2 options

1) Proof and direct contact with company to prove its bought from company and its original

2) Never mind the above point, if he still doesnt want, refund the entire money

He refuses to take calls, respond to mails and never allowing us opportunity to take care of his dis-satisfaction.

The discounting is controlled by manufacturer. There are 2 issues here

1) Rs 650 was promotion price for shoe of the day. We have one shoe for 1-2 days at never before prices and then its goes back to original price

2) Rs 950 was regular discount price of the article for the sale season

3) The current price is again where manufacturer reduces the discount.

This is like sale. In any shop you will have a article on MRP till a day before sale. Then suddenly it goes on sale next day.

This is totally a misrepresented and black male case. The person has used the shoes wants to return after good usage. w.r.t to started to tear of, its no tear in the shoe and just sole scratching which will happen if used it used. If you really want to see fair review and make a decision about us, we would request you to see

Hi Amit,
Very good work man , you have brought out the true potential of blogging .Thanks .About BigShoeBazaar.com i have this view , the prices of items that sell most keep on increasing like air tickets i guess, once i saw a pair of id sandals for 650Rs , i check it after two hours later to buy it and it has gone up to 950Rs , as of now its around 1558 :) , they are losing their reputation with such marketing stunts, Atleast with my colleagues who all noticed this

Dear Mr. Nitin,

I certainly believe that you are not following good market place practices. Your people at Customer Care are also taught to mislead customer. From very beginning they have been confirming to me that refund has been done. When I asked them their name they told me it is Anthony or Saroj and when I requested to speak to the person to whom I spoke last, person on line told me that he has left the company. This happened to me twice.Once Mr. Anthony told me that Saroj has left and other time Saroj told me Anthony has left. Since I was consistent in my calls I caught on to their pranks. I even asked them to direct me to you, they always told he is not available. This is your modus operandi and you are cheating others money and time.

Please see the mail below. The issue was not at our end but at the end of bank and gateway. We are doing business as honestly as possible but there was certain dependencies where we are not always able to control the quality.

Subject: Refunds at Paysignet

Dear Sir,

Sorry that you were unable to reach me as I was in Mumbai for an Arbitration with Banks particularly related to refund delays. As per the committee’s advice we have shifted to direct capture for Net Banking as required by Banks and as practiced by all Payment Gateway in India and Abroad for Direct Bank Transfers.

This will also resolve the problems of delays in refunds as Banks were delaying payments on purpose. This day on you should normally not face any delays in refunds. The following are the details of refunds. These should go through in a couple of days now as the issue with Banks have been resolved.

Transaction Date: 9/13/2009

Received refund of Rs1899/ on 12/11/09. Many thanks and appreciation to Mr. Amit Bhawani. My advice to bigshoebazaar.com is to do business fairly and have good customer care in place and not to list items which are not in stock. If you want to do business then don't frustrate the customer.
