@Balaji @ GuideToTech, Google CSE is quite better for few reasons at the moment.
1. You can make money through it.
2. You have more customization options.
3. The site results are better because Google indexes content in real time.

Good tips. But amit, do you mind I ask one thing more?
After I searh something, I see a picture near the search result of the website. And this pic is related with the website. I think they do some thing to let Search Eng can show they Ico or Photo in the search result.
But do you know how to do that?
