August 10, 2008 by Amit Bhawani

Blogging is nowadays a fashion cum passion among internet freaks, writing experts and more importantly youth. India being a bunch of distinct variety of people and languages wants to have something in their language or mother tongue. Thus word press has started some great plug-ins for Indian languages like Bengali, Telugu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam. By just simply downloading these plug-ins type pads from http://www.monusoft.com/Products/WordPressPlugin/tabid/187/Default.aspx one can take the flavor of writing their blogs in their own language.

* Bengali Type Pad
* Gujarati Type Pad
* Hindi Type Pad
* Kannada Type Pad
* Malayalam Type Pad
* Punjabi Type Pad
* Tamil Type Pad
* Telugu Type Pad

Like the visitors to the blog can also avail this language type pad facility by uploading the downloaded JavaScript and add that in the JavaScript. Thus, the visitors can also use this great facility. Now, the language for blogging is not a problem for Indian bloggers as well as the visitors since large number of people wants to express themselves in their own way but language sometimes is a problem. But now the problem has been resolved and we can see a lot of bloggars with some great information on their web pages in their own language. Surely these plug-ins are of great approach and is of great benefit.

    i mean, i tried typing hindi but i could never succeed..

    Thats a great plugin I never knew that we could do this, this can be really a good way we can start blogging in our own language and such plugins will for sure expand the blogosphere rather than having blogs being translated using online services.
