Brutal Legend GameThis game, “Brutal Legend”, featuring Jack Black is another attraction to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game’s trailer was launched into the market on the 16th of October 2007. This game was developed by the Double Fine Products, developers of the critically acclaimed Psychonauts, and has been published by the Sierra Entertainment. The action packed adventure game depicted its main plot throughout the opening high-definition trailer.

However the release of the game was halted due to the merger between Activision and Blizzard. When questioned about the games future, the developers said that “Brutal Legend” was absolutely fine and was ready to go. The story or plot revolves around a hard metal background, from the start to the end. The main character in the game is Eddie Riggs, inspired by Iron Maiden’s Eddie the Head and the creator Derek Riggs, who is part of a heavy metal band and follows the life of a roadie.

The game involves love interests, leading to serious musical fights between Eddie and other members from other rock bands. It all starts with Eddie meeting an accident and the blood dripping from his injury brings to life his cursed belt. The monster, on being free transports Eddie to a world of Nordic and Heavy Metal fantasy involving demons, which have captured the existence of Human life. It involves various characters, who bear strong resemblance to various other rock artists of the millennium.

The game involves various action plays where there are large-fisted bouncers along with various roadies having Amps, which send killer feedbacks to the opponent. The objective for Eddie is to defeat these goons because once defeated they join Eddie’s team and fight for him. They can be asked to defend or attack with their individual traits by issuing commands through the help of D-Pad.
