BSNL Data Card CDMA Price Changes & National Roaming
Bsnl has finally made some changes in the two services it offers for wireless internet users ie the NIC Card & EVDO Card. Previously the already stopped at my local bsnl office but may be the stock would be available at your local office.
The EVDO Card is currently available under a promotional scheme where in you can get both these wireless devices at a very low cost of 1680/- and Rs 2100/- for NIC and EVDO cards respectively. Along with this scheme BSNL has also announced that its going to support National Roaming from now at no additional cost under the same tariff plans which means that the BSNL customers can now access the Internet anywhere in India, if there is a connectivity available which is a good news for all the travellors who buy these devices to get internet access anywhere.
I hope reliance will reduce price. if BSNL introduced roaming on same price.

But it’ll take time to get the EVDO card working everywhere in India. So stick to what you are having and wait untill the service is good.
