No one will to proper help. They will just come and take tne money and application. After that they wont care. You have to call minimum 100 times to get the answer. And immediately they will put the cheque and get the money (1500 refundable deposit). The answer would be every time when you call "There is a technical problem" we will resolve that. If you call customer care they will say "Within 4 hours our people will contact you". It is waste of time. Nearly 60 days i was behind these guys. No help. Please dont go for IPTV This IPTV is waste. The BSNL and MTNL are available in almost every city. This makes it feasible. I am using myway from last few months and I find the better resolution far better than DTH. The services offered by myway are excellent. When I took the connection I got free subscription and free movies on demand for three months. MYWAY IPTV is user friendly and very simple to use, and features like favorites, language options makes it better. I think the awareness about IPTV is low and people do not know much about the advance level of entertainment. BSNL/MTNL is the partners of MYWAY and i think it is good from feasibility point. Rashtraguru Avenue, Kolkata 700028 with my basic phone 03325518964. I observed the picture is getting scrambled freequently thus rendering the viewer disgusted. Sometimes the connection is lost in between the progammes. several popular channels are not also available in IPTV.If these drawbacks are not overcome immedieately the customer can be frustated.
