How can anyone could recomend sony laptops?? Sony have overpriced laptops with a “just ok” quality in most cases, sorry but the only Sony laptops that i would recomend are the ones that fit in the Ultralight laptops cathegory (however they are overpriced, just because they are sony…)
Id recomend the following laptops that have good+ quality:
for budged laptop: Dell Studio 15 (for around $750.. you’ll have a great laptop)
for multimedia laptop: I recomend the HP Pavillion dv5, dv7 or hdx16 series (great multimedia laptops for around $1600.00)
for gaming laptop: I recomend Gateway P-7811FX (great gaming and multimedia laptop, outstanding features for just $1350.00)

well, the point to follow is i would like to buy a laptop immidiately… but in dilemma that which laptop shud i prefer… Dell, Sony or Lenovo??/
my requirement is Core 2 Duo, T9300, 2.5GH/800MhzFSB, 6MB Chache, LCD 15.4′ SCREEN, inbuilt cam, 4GB Ram, 320 GB Hard disk(5400 rpm) Nice body n sleek… plz suggest me.. and my price is around 50k to 55k

Well, I suggest lenovo as it’s basically IBM technology and nowadays come with diff config to satisfy all diff requirements.
Lowest (home, 3000 G series) config starts at 25000 INR.
