I have around 400 photos in my Apple iPhone and i would like to delete all of these in one click, is it possible? Iam unable to find the right option in the device which would enable me to perform this task and even when i Transfer Photos to Computer, the original files are still stored in the device. Tapping on each of these and then tapping on the delete button is going to take a huge amount of time and iam not interested in performing this. Please suggest a alternative for this task.
When you are performing the Pictures & Videos Transfer the Windows would display you a option of ‘Erase after importing’.
Once you select this option, all the Pictures & Video files would be first copied to your My Pictures section on the computer following which all of these would be erased from your device.
Next when you visit your Apple iPhone > Photos > Albums > Camera Roll, it would be completely empty.
The Photos which were taken by you using the camera would be deleted using the above options but the ones which were actually transferred from your computer would sometimes not get erased for which you will have to connect the iPhone with your computer and run the iTunes Application. Sync the device through iTunes and then under the Photos tab you will have to deselect the option ‘All Photos and Albums’ which will then make sure that there is no transfer back of the Pictures to the device next time its connected to the computer and resync.
