I have been reading some blogs concerning sp3, service pack 3, and have a question or 2. 1, why should the common evryday pc user, who btw is prolly a lot like me, turn on the computer and go, have to go to diferent websights and blogs to find out that there may be a certain way to install something from windows. I would think that a service pack would have these built in and pop up flags for the installer. as it is now i have a computer that is in a dificult area concerning drivers that was never an issue before this sp3. there are document pages that will not open i get emails that have attachments that 50% of the time i cannot open, i find this all very frustrating. i have asked questions about getting rid of sp3, was told i would have to do a restore and start over, but it would be better to format my hard drive and do it that way. I have noticed on the windows web page they say nothing about it either. The average cosumer does not look for special instuctions on down loads from a corperation the size of microsoft, nor should we. I know this is rambling, but still my point is made. microsoft has made a major screw-up and my personal computer and my bussiness computer are now suffering because of this. PS. oh look windows 7 has just been put on sale.....how conveniant. thats my peice...good day all.
