I tried installing this Add-on but it did not work on my comp. Could be due to the damaged data lines or could be a connection problem at my end. Anyway, i realised i could do something else to save my passwords in one placeIts easy, but rather cumbersome. The method is to go to Firefox>Preferences> Security > Show Passsword. This opens a window with all your respective passwords. Then you can use PrtScn key to capture the screen and then save the image directly in Ubuntu, Or use an image editing program in Windows to save the file. Might be very lengthy in case of a large number of stored passwords. And yes, retyping all the passswords will be a major pain. But i had no way out. Have to reinstall Ubuntu.CIAO ALL
