		<description>I can not get past step five. When ever I right click on the letter disk that contains the SD memory card and click format nothing happens. However, when I double click on the icon it tells me that the disk is not formated and would I like to formated it and I click yes but shortly after it tells me that the disk in drive F can not be formated. What am I doing wrong?????? Please reply ASAP. Thank you.</description>
