just contact toll free no:18001028080 and follow the IVR instructions & the call center agent will guide you. All the Malayalam channel depends on the package you have subscribed for. Like if it is a Mega package you only get Asianet & Plus, & if it is a South Value package then you get Asianet,Plus,News,Kairali so contact call center & hopefully happy viewing. all that is spent is spent for ever. the thing that you have bought is not so worthy since they are giving a free of something which cannot be utlized, no one will will give a better response to your request, not even the company, so stop worrying and move on to your next plan.okay

I purchased Samsung LCD series 4 last week with free Airtel dish tv . but till todate they(retailers)haven’t given the activation kit for airtel . whenever i ask they are keep telling they haven’t got the kit from samsung. they r promisiing me that as soon as they get it from samsung they will give me. i cannot understand why such a delay after purchase. i preferred this model after seeing this offer. i dont know what to do? can u help me please in this regard

Got the offer of free 5 month digital TV of Airtel,but suprising that such a poor response to my numerous complaints since 31st Dec.’08. Till date my complains have not been sorted our. It seems that all who got this free SAMSUNG offer are facing the same problem of not getting their signals properly or some or the other mistakes, the same has been admitted by one of the service engineers of Airtel digital TV. Out of the five month free offer only 14 days I was able to view the services & for the 32 days my daily complaints are still looked into.
