Free Live Support & Website Live Chat Software

December 10, 2009 by Amit Bhawani

Offering live support on your website can help you in interacting directly with your visitors and this can not only increase your business but also increase their network. There are many paid services similar services like providesupport which can help you in directly talking to your website readers. In this article we are going to review a free software offered by livezilla which is a Real-Time Visitor Marketing Freeware.

In order to get started you need to download a copy of this application from this url which is a full version sized around 8mb and works on all Windows based PC. Next you need to have a Web Hosting account with PHP5 support along with MySQL for database setup. This all is required because you are not being offered a hosted solution and you need to run a desktop version , connect it to your online webserver and intergrate it on your website.

You will have to upload all the LiveZilla Server files to your hosting account and then integrate the LiveZilla with your website, by copying the chat button code and pasting it on your website’s sidebar or any preferred location.

What I like the most is the fact that you never have to pay for costly infrastructure expenses and extra manpower required by more complex systems for customer satisfaction.
