Fujifilm FinePix S9000 Camera Review
Fujifilm FinePix S9000 is a camera that features a 10.7x optical zoom (28-300mm) (with no image stabilization), ISO from 80 to 1600, twist-barrel zoom control, a tiltable 1.8-inch LCD, plus a 640 x 480 movie model. In this newly launched model compact and DSLRs meet as it offers the resolution and control of an SLR.
The characteristic feature of this model us a real time histogram, xD-Picture Card, CompactFlash and Microdrive compatibility, hotshoe and RAW format. The camera that offers a high end image quality has a great lens and features resolution good enough to challenge entry-level digital SLRs. This newly launched model has a Super CCD sensor, and offers an image size of nine megapixels.
The camera that has Fujifilm’s Real Photo Technology has a class-leading sensitivity range of ISO 80 – ISO 1600. This does not make it necessary in the model to rely on stabilisation. The camera also has an ISO range which will help you to click sharp, focused images. What is interesting is that it can be achieved in all light conditions. The camera that has fast shutter speeds decrease the effect of blurring from camera shake; however this feature is subject movement, too.
The camera has a 28-300mm (equivalent on a 35mm camera) lens with twist-barrel zoom control which covers all the major focal lengths, and has a manual zoom control which enables the photographer to make precision adjustments. The FinePix S9000 Zoom is built as a closed unit. It eliminates the possibility of dust on the lens and CCD . Besides the camera has a new tilting LCD screen .This makes it possible to view images at awkward angles, such as close to the ground or above the head. Unlike digital SLRs, the LCD can also be used to compose images and this is of great benefit to the photographer.
The camera also has a 30-frames-per-second movie mode with manual zoom capability. This gives high quality moving images with sound – a function that cannot be integrated into traditional digital SLRs .
With a 0.8 second start-up time, and just 0.01 second shutter lag, the FinePix S9000 Zoom allows for a near-instant response. This will ensure that spontaneous shots and unexpected action need never be missed.
