Wanted to know about the recruitment process. According to them there are 2 ways of recruitment. one is direct and other is indirect. In indirect process they will provide training and are charging Rs8000 from us, then we will appear for the interview and according to them it will be telephonic interview from US office followd by India office. They say that if we are not through then they will deduch 10% of Rs.8000 and then return the rest amount and if we are selected then the entire amount will be reimbursed.
