Hi All,
I work on contract @ Google from past 3.6 months and this is what i have observed
1.) For Engineering related works they only pick up people from the IIT or the NIT’s
2.) For Ad words they take people only from the TOP B-school’s and Degree college’s

and if you dont come from any of the above listed institutions you will need at least 10years of exp on those fields and be luck enough that some one from GOOGLE give’s a reference to your Resume
