Paypal is offering multiple funds withdrawal options for Indians out of which one is Funds to Card option where in a paypal user can withdraw his funds directly to his credit card using which he has registered and confirmed his account or any credit card which he adds in his account. The advantage of this feature is that when you have a Credit Card bill in queue you can easily make these payments using Paypal because it takes a maximum of 7-10 Business days for the funds to to be transferred to your account and generally you get a credit in your credit card statement.

Paypal Funds Withdrawal Credit Card

Basically this feature is not just limited to Indians but to 26 international countries like Italy, India, Luxembourg, Israel, Malaysia, Argentina, Philippines, Turkey, Brazil, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Uruguay, San Marino, Slovakia, Latvia, Chile, Romania, Cyprus, Slovenia, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Malta, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein and Iceland etc. You should generally keep in mind that withdrawing the funds via ATM which have been credited to your account using paypal is not advisable because many credit card companies dont allow this and they take these transactions as cash advance withdrawal and these are only allowed to be adjusted with your debits ie payments made using credit cards.

I have linked my ICICI Gold Credit Card to my ICICI Bank Account which is useful because all the credit card bills are automatically debited from my bank account and this way i can avoid going to a bank and depositing credit card payment funds or check for the same. Using this feature i generally have to pay just 5$ as paypal service charges and get the funds credited. Its very useful when you have a credit card which is not linked to any bank and the situation when you want to avoid going to a bank or drop box to deposit cash/check like in the case of my main Citibank credit card.

Paypal also offers withdraw funds to banks feature which is also useful but you need to have some of your bank’s details ready when you are going to give this service a try ie MICR Code, Bank Code, Branch Code etc.
