Installing Windows 7 on Existing Windows XP is quite easy with dual Boot. You need to have Windows 7 CD and then you need install it normally without any boot or so. Then it will ask for the location to store Windows 7 and you need to specify a new folder instead of C Drive that you have. This will become Dual Operating System PC.
