Recently one of my visitor asked me what are these Subscribe and feedburner options, and he was confused how to subscribe to a website/blog and what are the uses of the same. Basically subscribing is a feature where in you can signup with a website to accept feedback, newsletters, monthly/daily updates or any sort of updates.

For Example if you subscribe with my blog using the following form you accept to review emails from my side when ever there is a new post on this blog and you stay updated. Instead of opening this website daily you just check out the whole post in your email itself.

Another option is to add a Website’s Feed in your favourite Feed reader, like the firefox inbuilt Firefox Live Bookmarks where in you can directly add a website’s feed to your browser and check out the updates any moment without the need to login to any other feed reader like igoogle, Pageflakes, Netvibes, FeedDemon, Opera RSS Reader, Universal Feed Parser, Bloglines, My Yahoo, Rojo etc
