With the increase in the number of internet mobile phones there is a high usage of internet browsing using the mobile phones and this is the very reason we should start converting our websites to the mobile versions[.mobi] and you dont really need to make any investments or setting up costs. You dont even need a .mobi domain name because you can setup everything for free of cost and within 2 minutes.
