Wouldn’t it be even better to tweak the plugin in a way that visitors clicking on the frame “see full sized image” get redirected to the site? If possible right to the appropriate image. The way the plugin is right now it takes a few seconds until the visitor gets redirected so there’s still enough time to click on “full size image” and not land on the actual page.

LOL @ whoever says it is unethical. Google is DIRECTLY framing your website and you talk about ethics. Google should be directing a visitor to you directly, without framing your website. In any case, who says that this is unethical? Can you show me a clause in Google Images TOS where it is mentioned that as a webmaster you are not allowed to do that? If you can’t find a clause which states so, Google has no reason to penalize your website. Secondly, people may use my site in a frame and in order to avoid that if I use this plugin, what authority Google has to penalize my site?
Lets be logical in what we say before we jump to conclusions that are good for nothing.

Great idea and plugin. I’ve installed on one of site. We’ll test it out for a couple of months to see if there are any negative side effects.

Nice idea and great stats for your sites how many websites are those stats above for only one combined number of sites?

OH my god, i never thought this could be possible..

this can be a great idea, because so many people search for images everyday on google.. i am among them.. whenever i need any particular image.. all i do is get on google and search for it..

Its your problem if you leave the site, but if you check out huge wallpaper sites or blogs which get huge traffic from Google Images, getting locked in a Frame can make them lose everything and redirecting would help them in converting the visitors.

Is this where you click on an image result on Google and it redirects you to the main page rather than the frame? That is totally immoral and I leave a site when that happens. Immediately

I really doubt this is not whitehat SEO……this method might lead your site to google penalty, thought nothing is said for Image search but redirection in normal google search ends up in google penalty….this is my speculation
