hey im live in kerala. Im getting 10-25 kBps downloading speed in mobile. And im satisfied anytng upto 30kBps. Bt mobile battery got complaint of overusage of net. So i need a universal data card. I hav docomo sim with 48.rs gprs plan. Can i use same mobile plans in dis device. My frnd said abt a 2nd hand 3g unlocked idea device. Is it gud. Suggest a good device.

I have been using Alcatel One touch X230 E, which is awesome. It costs around Rs1700/- and works very good. Its worth trying.

is its downloading speed above 30 or 40 kbps?
if not why one will get this?
in my mobile internet connections the speed is 25kbps?
and whats it price in bhubaneswar?
