Microsoft Office 2010 Outlook offers you with Productivity enhancements which can seriously amaze you and some of these include Backstage View, Schedule View, Task Notes, Publish Online & Customize Common Tasks. Composing a new email in the Microsoft Outlook is quite easy now because you can easily Attach Files, Check Names, Address Book, adding Signatures. Here is a small demo on how the Compose Message [HTML] sections looks like. You have Permission settings, which would disable the message receiver from forwarding your email and the Tracking feature would allow you to Request a Delivery Receipt & Request a Read Receipt. These options are useful when you are sending emails to your clients and when you want to get notified on when your emails are being delivered and read by them.

Where’s the ‘Tracking’ feature mentioned? I want to request delivery receipts, but I can’t figure out where the option is.
