If you thought all dual sim handsets are low cost handsets and doesn’t sport Android then you need to give this a thought. As Motorola today unleashed an all new dual Sim Android mobile phone which can accommodate CDMA as well as GSM sim card. This dual sim Android mobile phone which is dubbed as Motorola Glam XT 800 surely is glamorous, at least by the features it has. Glam basically has two sim slots in it which can hold one GSM sim card and a CDMA UIM card in other. So, let’s check out in detail about what Glam is packed with. Recently at CES, Motorola was a highlight with it Android tablet Xoom which is powered by Honeycomb 3.0 and also 4G ready Android device Motorola Atrix, now it seems like it’s another first from the US mobile major Motorola. This handset is an Open Market Handset (OMH), so you can insert any CDMA UIM card in it.
Look & Feel:
Looking by the fact that there is literally no contender to compare this phone with, as this mobile impresses both by its looks and also the offerings which this one promises to deliver. Glam looks great with a perfect 3.7 inch touch screen which comes with a resolution of 854×480 pixels.

Memory

Is it worth buying it?
Glam may seem Glamorous but except Android Operating system in it and dual sim (CDMA + GSM) capability there is absolutely nothing which is glamorous. This phone really can’t be called a Super phone as it just comes with a 256MB RAM and just a mere 550MHz of Processor. You can easily get devices in the market which comes with a better processor speed and RAM. With Mobile Number Portability (MNP) in place which is enough to see the future of CDMA in dark just because of a simple reason that there are not so many handsets you can choose from and also this GSM technology still doesn’t have enough coverage all across India and most importantly operator tie ups in roaming too. And with Rs. 31, 999 rate tag, it’s really not worth from anywhere as you can buy the top most Android mobile phone for under 30k INR. You can also go for the latest Samsung Galaxy Nexus S or Samsung Galaxy S which is more powerful than Nexus S.
