For every business the only most important aspect is their Reputation and if you are running a online business, reputation is something which can take years of hard work, professional network, satisfied clients, happy relationships and lot more to build it and a small mistake can make you lose everything and if you dont have a online reputation there are a lot of problems you will overcome.

Here are some of the Advantages of Online Reputation
If you are running a online business and have a very good reputation you can easily convert the clients by showing your previous results and testimonials. You can also boast about all the positive reviews and no negative reviews and this can help you in healthy relationships with new clients. If you have got a good reputation you can always demand a price for your work rather than working like a cheap company which works on real low rates and does not get paid for the worthy work. In the long run of any business reputation plays a very important factor because as the business grows the network grows and the business should seriously maintain good relationships and try to keep up the reputation in any case. Even if any clients are not satisfied with the services provided or the product sold the business should try to replace the same or make sure in any case the client is satisfied and his reviews dont affect the reputation.

There are still many instances where in you cannot control your online reputation because your competitors or unsatisfied clients would try their level best to make sure you lose your reputation and that would satisfy themselves. The most dangerous people are the Media be it in offline version like Newspapers, magazines or online version like top web blogs, news websites etc which can give any business a real bad name and these messages are spread like fire on the web making you lose serious business along with a bad name.

Planning your Reputation Management
Before you start selecting your business name you need to make every type of searches for your business name using history tools and search engines to make sure there is no other business with a similar name or else different business with the same name. As these kind of problems look very small but when you start becoming a bigger business these similar business people try to make money from your reputation by either giving your business a bad name and selling similar products at a lower price. You need to take care of every possibility which can arise and make sure all your business employees have some standards setup and they dont reveal any of the companies confidential information which can be a chance to give you a bad reputation or else the information can help the competitors know about your next business plans.

It continiously monitors all the popular sites and it keeps updating itself regularly. The site is really cool because once you search for something you will find the results loading one by one from multiple networks mentioned above and the best part is that it also found the comments on different blogs where the keyword searched was mentioned. Collecta also searched on websites with content other than English language and this can be helpful though i didnt find any option to get a alert when any new result was found which means that this cannot work like a automated system.
