Nokia 5130 Xpress Music Review
Are you a music lover who simply cannot exist without music? Do you like carrying your music around with you everywhere you go? The Nokia 5130 phone is designed to meet your every musical need while at the same time catering to your multimedia needs through its advanced camera and large choice of sharing options.
The phone comes in a classic form, with a 14.8mm thickness that ensures that you will always prefer it to the other “thicker” phones. Its sleekness is simply astonishing. The gadget weighs in at an astonishingly compact 88 grams. The Nokia 5130 has a screen dimension of 2 inches with up to 256k color, which provides for some pretty good viewing.
The phone is available in red or blue color, but this is subject to change depending on the particular region that you are in. It has a numeric keypad and dedicated music and volume keys, while also offering activation through voice commands.
As if this is not enough, the phone also has a micro-USB connector and the option of a 3.5mm Nokia Av connector. The memory cared for the phone is up to 2GB, but it comes with a 1 GB microSD card included. Internal memory is 30MB.
The Nokia 5130 uses the standard Li-ion battery that supports a talk time of up to 6 hrs and a maximum standby time of 288 hours. It can play back your videos for 4 hrs. Most important for the music enthusiasts, the Nokia 5130 can support music playback time of up to 21 hours!!!
In connectivity, the phone can serve as a data modem and supports MS Outlook updates of calendars, contacts and notes. It also has Bluetooth and enabled for PC connectivity with the Nokia PC suite.
The Nokia 5130 also comes with an integrated hands-free speaker phone and automatic answering for headsets or for your car kit. It also supports SMS, EMS and MMS, combined with audio messaging.
The phone supports e-mail attachments and has the Nokia Opera Mini browser. In multimedia, the phone has a 2 mega pixel camera with white balance modes for that crystal clear picture. It also supports video playback. In addition to FM radio, the phone has an on-board mp3 player. You can also customize your wallpaper and ring tone settings. You can also choose to animate your screensavers and wallpapers. The phone also has 2 built in video ring tones.

We have two nos Nokia 5130 Xpress music cell phones. The Camera picture resolution is disappointing even though it comes with 2mbps resolution. The tuned radio station gets changed without human interruption. In both cell phones I could experience these deficiencies.

I feel blessed tht i dint buy it.my cousing bought this phone and having hanging problem.also camara quality its worst for 2mp and sound while a call is nt clear

my cell phone in nokia 5130.the total phone memory was 30 mb.but now
phone memory only 3mb and there are no files saved or recieved.it decreases day by day.help me solve this.plzzzzzzz

I think it’s a firmware glitch, all you gotta do is get a phone browser like OxyCube (the one I use) and browse the phone memory (C:) then go to the folder Hiddenfolder then Themeactive (C:\predefhiddenfolder\predefthemeactive) and you’ll find all of the themes you’ve applied since you last updated your phone delete em all (it’s only a cache of the theme and here lays the problem once you change the theme the cache stays) and here you go, your problem is fixed!!
