Finding some advice about particular gadgets related to communication, music, video and anything else is not easy to find, as some would go positive and some go negative for the same gadget or software.

The aim of the site is to provide reviews of the hand-picked gadgets and not every gadget that you see on the web. Not every gadget is well needed by everyone. A Universal Remote Control and a network media player would not be reviewed by every gadget review blog, but unknowingly people would need more of this kind of stuff than others.
When going to the online stuff, things like online backup services would not be available easily, as some would be charging and not providing which you actually want. Gadget advisor lists and guides you to the best of those.
