Reliance Mobile which has recently changed their brand identity and unveiled an all new bold logo now has finally launched 3G Video Calling tariff plans. As posted earlier, Reliance has launched 3G data plans late in December 2010. Earlier DoT (Department of Telecommunications) along with Telecom Ministry took a decision to hold the 3G Video calling services, due to which Reliance has to hold 3G Video calling services.
On the lines of TATA Docomo, which is currently offering 3G Video calling at 5/second which both Local as well as STD calls, Reliance too almost tried to match the tariff. With Reliance 3G, you can make all local video calls in day time between 6 AM to 11PM at 5p/sec, local Night calls (11PM to 6AM) at 2p/second, while all day STD Video calls will be charged at 7p/sec. and Night Video calls at 5p/sec. Also, all Local as well as National Roaming outgoing video calls will be charged at 7p/second and all incoming video calls will be charged at 5p/second.

Also, along with the above tariff plans, Reliance has also come up with attractive Special 3G Jodi plan for postpaid subscribers. With a monthly rental of Rs. 150 you can talk to one selected number for just 1p/sec. Other operators who currently offer 3G Video calling Services are MTNL, BSNL, TATA Docomo and Reliance.
