I HAVE PURCHASED BIG TV STB ON 21/7/2010 FROM KOLLAM.I APPLIED FOR CHANGING LOCATION TO MY BROTHER HOUSE ON 22-08-2010.I HAVE PAID 350 RS FEES FOR RELOCATION.ALSO MY SET TOP BOX WAS SHOWING SOME ERRORS.BUT AFTER 33 DAYS ALSO I HAVEN’T GOT ANY ASSISTANCE I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER 10 TIMES BUT EACH TIME THEY ARE ASKING 48 HOURS FOR CLEARANCE.TODAY I SFITED TO AIRTEL DTH

I too have had a nasty experience with Big TV help desk. If you ring too early no one answers the phone & after going thru a number of help desk personnel, no solution is being reached. I am also using Tata Sky & find them very helpful & quick to respond.

Change is the essence of life, they say. But alas! Reliance BIG TV is also changing, but changing southwards, from bad to worse. There is no professionalism in their approach. The service is pathetic. The overburdened staff, who are made to sell all and sundry under one roof, are rude and mechanical.

I had subscribed for one year in advance opting for south gold package.When I approached the company for upgrading the package, they said it is not possible and I have to shell out money separately for the package foregoing what I have already paid.

Now, I have opted for Sun TV for the last 6 months and their service seems to be OK. They are accessible on any part of the day including sundays and national holidays.

your office at vijayanagar Bangalore is of no use except for receiving subscription. They cannot tell me what are the channels in each pack , how much is to be paid for additional channels, etc. Theyr simply ask me to contact toll- free no. .Due to hearing problems it is difficult to get information over ‘phone.. Further, it is not clear as to how to get in touch with the Executive at the toll-free no. So I would request you to open an office in Vijaya nagar to give informn. across the counter.

Dear All,
I had very bad experience with Reliance Internet and also Reliance telephone. TATA sky provides good service but their initial charges as well as monthly payment are a little high. Anyway, Reliance, with its very bad customer care (or carelessness), will have to do a lot to retain its credibility. They have good facilities I believe, but don’t have proper people to maintain them. Some of them have been rude to me.

I started with Dish TV way back in 2004-05. After having a harrowing experience with the Dish TV personnel from the Hindi Heartland in addition to cough up hefty amount towards age old set top box and exorbitant monthly charges, I switched over to Reliance Big TV posing immense faith in the Ambani clan. But, Alas, Reliance ADAG has proved that they are no different from Zee group (subhash)shattering my age old faith /views what I had developed over the years on the professionalism of Mr. DhiruBhai Ambani and his wards.

I am not satisfied with your all these facilities because of your cost of channel packages which you increas month by month and the diduction of balance without any information so pls i want complete clear & exact information about all these matter because at present our BIG TV dish is totaly swiche off only because of your intrrupted services.so pls don’t try to neglact it & reply soon as soon as posible.

Your scheme appears to be nice compared to other 2 DTH providers. Currently I have cable. I am staying in Visakhapatnam. I am interested to subscribe to you. We need maximum Telugu, English and sports channels. Pl advise me whether we shall get all required channels. Pl name them. Our preference is for Telugu, English movies and sports.

Probably I may go for one year subscription.
