Seems that Big Tv is going to be promoted by reliance heavily like their Mobile Phones were launched years back when handsets were provided under post-paid connections schemes for just 500Rs and reliance got millions of connections very soon.

    this is just their strategy to acquire customers, but they should also focus on improving their customer service which at this stage is quite pathetic. even in mobiles they started with lowest but then slowly once they acquired more customers they increased their rates. I guess history is definitely going to be repeated with big tv

    Big tv is beat when compare other dth services like tata sky, dish tv and airtel.Big tv should give more interactive channels and it should less the monthly subcription as 100 bugs to increase the subscribers

    subhash, big tv is poorest service in dth services . My account statement is not being displayed. I got recharge for Rs.200/- on 17.10.2009 which has not accounted for and my services have been got discontinued. Customer care people are not co-operating to coorrect the account and give one answer system error which is persisting for the last 10 days. My smart card no. is 200552996072
