Reliance Jewels from Reliance Retail Limited Launched
Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance Retail Limited[RRL] has now ventured into “jems” and “jewellery trade” with a aim of launching 300 stores all over india during 3 years time frame. This step was taken because of the never ending demand of jewels.
The first store is launched in banglore – Jaya nagar with 6000 sqft area and 10,000 designs to select with the next stores to be opening in hyderabad and ludhiana based on the results of these three results reliance relail limited would plan out on continuing into this business or not.
The total business ratio’s says that after food and apparel , jewellery is the next biggest industry and has got a very large scope and the competition is much lower compared to the other two which is the reason they felt a very good oppurtunity to be grabbed, RRL plans to overtake Tata’s Tanishq by 2010.

Hi,
I worked in Reliance Jewellery ,Bangalore for 1 year. After 1 year, I left this job and applied for my Provident fund money. It has been almost 11 months since I have applied and i have not recieved any response for this.It is very sad that no queries are answered and the officials there are not responsible for the employees who worked there. If i tried to contact them the call is being disconnected several times..I would be grateful if someone would suggest in this matter.
