Do not buy from reliance , or you will repent like me . They have neither coverage , nor speed . To make matter worse they do not have sevice at all , They do not care for customers .

Reliance netconnect customer care is worst among all service providers . If you have a problem in connection or wrong billing there is no body to help you . You will get one complaint no , then nothing happens, no body contacts you , but the complaint closed in system without solving the issue nor they will inform you

My personal Advice is NEVER BUY DATA CARD FROM RELIANCE ,

I was planning on buying USB modem from Reliance but they require monthly payments which are quite exhorbitant to me. I already have broadband and I was looking at it as a backup source of internet when the connection goes down. Too bad they are not offering pay only what bandwidth you use, not fixed monthly payment.

DO NOT BUY DATA CARD OF RELIANCE…

I have paid upfront cash to buy data card, they promise to activate in 24 hour but its 2nd week and still i am calling that idiot manager,but no response.

Request you to all whosoever is reading this blog that plz do not purchase any data card from Vriti Technologies, Noida. They servicies are very poor and they cheat the people.

If somebody from Reliance is going through this blog, Request you to plz withdraw the dealership of Data Card from such Bullshit guys, as this spoils the name of Reliance.

I hope you all understand the frustation and trouble that i need to face. To avoid this with any other guy i am sharing my experience.
Don’t buy reliance…
