Experiencing the same thing. Customer care told me that the device only supports 10.6.4. Searching for a solution.

I am using Mac book pro with OS 10.6.6. I can connect to the web using my reliance netconnect modem. I can even browse websites. But if I try to download something the Macbook freezes. (I think it is called Kernel Freeze). Please advise.

I will never suggest any one to buy Reliance net connect broadband+ wireless modem. because its speed is very poor. customer care is just time pass. and billing system is very punctual, either you are using data card or not. Also if i am using 200KB or 500KB reliance will deduct charge of 1024KB.

So, my request to all please avoid reliance data card.

I am using ZTE modem , It is working fine on Snow leopard 10.6.4

You can also try folx download manager for download speed boost.
