India’s Cheapest phone finally is launched by Spice Telecom with a pricing of 800Rs and seems this product is going to join the Nano Car’s fame for being the cheapest car in India. These handsets are not going to have any dashing colour screens nor any type of screens and are just going to be similar to the older days Cordless phones. Named as the People’s Phone these phones are just like landlines which would help out people in staying connected at the lowest cost possible.
The phones would be available in many colours and would be able to handle most SIM cards and will save a lot of your money because you wont waste money in downloading mobile wallpapers or sending SMS/MMS. The company has announced that a Braille version of People’s Phone would also be launched at the same time which will help visually impaired mobile phone users.
Targetting around a 1Crore mobile phone buyers in the first year of its launch the company is much sure about this because there are a heavy number of people who are looking to buy phones and the numbers are increasing daily. These companies are trying to bring in the phones for as much low as 400Rs which makes the phones available to almost anyone all over the world and especially Asian & South African countries.
