Stay Away from DexRS at Dex Research Solutions Content Writers

Recently i was in need of some huge content and i was referred to a content writer who was running a company from New Delhi on the name of Dex Research Solutions : http://dexrs.com/ and this lady who added me on Yahoo took my first articles order and then came back with the articles set after a huge amount of time, though i was in a idea that she ran away.
The writers didnt knew the spelling of ‘Chennai’, ‘beautiful’ kind of simple words and called themselves real professions, which may be in their dream. The company is advertising on different freelancing websites and trying to scam people , no idea about others but iam one of them who has lost money and the point is not about the couple xxx$ i lost but about the harassment they are giving.
I recieved a set of articles which were worth nothing and when asked about the same, i was told that they were written by her Housewife Sister who writes in when she is free and thats what i can expect for the pay rate i offer, it was like wtf and i told her to cancel the order, keep the articles with herself or resell the crap to someone else because i was never interested in some crap which can penalise my website too. My first belief was that they may be good and i generally send the payments without even checking the content and this time i told her to send a invoice but did a check and found the low quality stuff.
Now starts the drama of sending invoices again and again, IM’s and now phone calls :O, its something which i could never expect a professional company would do which they claim.
If you check out the above screenshot which is a collection of data taken from Guru.com freelance website and whois.sc information of dexrs.com : http://whois.domaintools.com/dexrs.com , it clearly shows that these guys are just 2-3 months old and claim to be a big company with 21-50 employees working at their company, can someone point me to their company registration papers or a proof which shows that they do have 50 employees in their company, these cheap tricks which these people play in order to gain clients does not always work because there is always a limit in scamming and some of these fake companies try to get our whole country a bad name, which is the main reason outsourcing to india is decreasing and countries like australia are winning these clients.
Anyway this is my personal warning in order to save some of your hard earned money from this company because iam a suferrer and there are many others, read this blog post : New Indian Generation Loosing Quality? to know more about a similar case.
Sad that people are running scams to get money from others. This sort of behavior should be legally punishable… I hope you at least got your money back.. When dealing with a business or site you don’t know and trust well yet, be careful and don’t take too many risks.

I researched about dexrs and found that the domin is registered under the name of sataynder chaudhary instead of some neha aggarwal.

I never said I am not gonna pay her. The only thing is I am facing some financial issues on my side and this got long.. Anyways if she is spreading anything against me I simply don’t care.

these are the real bad people who are actually give a bad name to indian BPO industry… how can we cope with these bad guys… unless we deal with them?
