For all those who have issues with Bing, Bing has very poor indexing. A lot of questions have been asked on Bing forums without satisfactory answers.

Basically, apart from doing what Amit has mentioned, you need to see that you are getting enough backlinks and wait.

Bing has a long way to go before it becomes as useful as Google, but I hope it gets there soon as Google seems to be turning into big brother.
