Go with BSNL 3G or if you live in Mumbai/Delhi then Blindfoldedly select MTNL 3G Jadoo as its currently these 2 only operator which offer seamless 3G benefit across India and both are affordable too if compared with any other operator like TATA DOCOMO…

it will be difficult to pin point one single operator as everything depends on the place you are in or u will be using it. I would personally suggest you to check out the “word of mouth” on which is better.
