ur service is very poor, I recharge before One month with Rs.2500/- Six months validity, but i don,t know that after recharching of high balance , there is no changes in speed i.e Rs. 250/- to Rs. 2500/- not any changes,

I’m going to purchase tata photon+ but after reading so much negative comments about photon+ I was totaly worried and decided that I never trust again in TATA telecome service.

I am from Dimapur city(state;Nagaland) actually, i bought a photon+ last month got 1GB free and after the usage of 1GB, i recharged for Rs.850, but the net is so slow, so please guide me for the amount of recharge to be use to make it fast or if there is any setting/upgrade to be done to make it fast. Thank you

TATA peoples are just cheating in the name of speed. I have 5 connections out of which 2 prepaid. the speed is pathetic and when cal raised they close the call with their own assumtion that all fine.

Reas the terms and conditions wherein they have never mentioned that speed is 3.1 Mbps but its mentioned speed upto 3.1 Mbps. They have not committed any lower speed limit rate.

Even if photon gets connected at speed of 30-40 Kbps its fine as the speed is variable.

When I said I will go to consumer court as they have cheated me in name of speed tata officials clarified this terms and conditions and explained me my case will be rejected as they are well in there terms and conditions which i have signed the form.

Thats it.

If you get good speed, you are lucky else buy photon and cry.

Don’t go for tata photon as their speed is too slow.
I think BSNL 3g should work for you fine (If u r getting decent speed)
