Pathetic service and poorest connectivity I have come across. The network is down almost every day and there is very poor response time. The staff is not very helpful as field guys are not disciplined and doesn't show a bit of courtesy. The customer care executives are like robots programmed to utter fixed lines. They dont seem to understand your problem and keep on repeating the programmed sentences. Even if you somehow manage to explain your problem to them it will not take less than 48 hours for someone to turn up. You have to keep calling them up as if they will do you some favour by solving your problem. In all worst service by a TATA company which was least expected. Never go for the Tata Indicom Wi-Max connection.
